WARRANTY POLICY

Jewellery purchased from our online store comes with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults and defects. It does not cover broken glass, theft, loss, damage, change in appearance, bends, sprains, kinks, gradual wear or gradual plating due to normal wear, accident, careless handling, improper use, water damage.

In order to start your warranty claim please email us at hello@lovelockets.com.au with your name, order number, and a description & photos of the damaged jewellery. From there one of our Love Lockets team will determine the next course of action for your claim. In most cases we will require you to return the jewellery for assessment by our customer service team. A replacement or store credit will be provided once the jewellery is deemed faulty.

DISCLAIMER

A high level of care must be taken with your Love Locket as it is made of glass. Be sure not to drop or bang it as this could break or fracture the glass. Due to the delicate nature of these pieces we ask that you take care to not overfill you Love Locket.

Please be reminded that your Love Lockets all close with a magnetic close, if the locket does not close on it's own with a snap shut action then you have over filled it and you must not try and force the lockets shut. If you try and force it shut this may break the glass.

Love Lockets products must stay out of reach of children under the age of 3. Do not wear jewellery whilst sleeping. Please keep jewellery away from water and perfume. Lockets are not water resistant.

Any evidence of accidental damage or not abiding to our recommendations to take care of your Love Locket will result in your warranty claim not being accepted.
